About Me

I’m a small-town country girl from Southeast Oklahoma, and hard work has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up working on a ranch while playing basketball and softball throughout high school, where competing and putting in the work to see real results made a lasting impact on me.

That passion for health and wellness followed me everywhere. I moved to Hawaii and began training for half marathons and marathons, while also diving into CrossFit. Later, while serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Micronesia and Guam, I stayed consistent with 30–45 minute bodyweight workouts and ran whenever I could—learning firsthand that fitness doesn’t require perfection, just commitment.

After returning home, I entered the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Provo College. During that time, I tried nearly every fitness class you can imagine and ultimately fell in love with F45 training. Alongside strength training in a traditional gym, I continued pursuing distance running, qualifying for the Boston Marathon twice and completing six marathons, along with countless half marathons, 10Ks, and 5Ks.

Through years of experience, education, and trial and error in both nutrition and fitness, I’ve learned a powerful truth: extremes are not sustainable. I’ve tried them—and they only lead to burnout, hormonal imbalance, metabolic damage, and poor mental health. Real results come from balance, consistency, and habits that support your life instead of controlling it.

Along the way, God also blessed me with the greatest gift outside of fitness. I met the love of my life, Jacob, in Hawaii in August 2024, and a year later we were married. He is everything good—above all, he loves God wholeheartedly and is the most humble and kind man I have ever met. I truly believe I am the luckiest girl in the world, and his love and support continue to inspire me to become the best version of myself every day.

I earned my Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Provo College as well as my Certified Personal Trainer certification through ISSA. Now, my mission is to coach individuals who want sustainable, lasting habits—people who are ready to feel strong, confident, and healthy without restriction or burnout. I’m passionate about helping others achieve their goals in a way that supports both physical and mental well-being, for the long run.
